Ingredients
- 4 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons starch
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 5-6 tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 vanilla
- 2 heaped tablespoons labne cheese
- 1 packet whipped cream
- 1 packet cocoa petibör biscuit
- 1 packet plain petit beurre biscuit
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients except labneh, whipped cream and biscuit, and cook like milk pudding.
- After cooling, add labne and powdered whipped cream and whisk 3-4 minutes with a mixer.
- Pass the biscuits through a food processor. Pour them layer by layer into your glass or cups. You can make as many layers as you want.
