Ingredients
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1 200-ml can of heavy cream
- 1.5 tea glasses of sugar
- 2 packages of chocolate Petibör cookies
Preparation
- First, add all the ingredients except the cream to the pot and cook until it reaches a pudding-like consistency.
- Remove from the heat and process the cookies in a food processor.
- Once the pudding has cooled slightly, add the cream and mix well.
