A dessert recipe that’s both practical and delicious—and easy to prepare for your guests.
Ingredients
- 250 g Petibör cookies
- 1 glass of walnut kernels
- 1 tablespoon Nescafé
- 1/2 package liquid cream
- 3 tablespoons chocolate hazelnut spread
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Coconut
- Green powdered pistachios
- Chopped hazelnuts
Preparation
- To make cookie truffles, place 250 grams of Petibör cookies in a food processor and pulse until they turn into a fine powder.
- Then transfer the cookie crumbs to a deep bowl.
- Add 3 tablespoons of chocolate hazelnut spread and 1 tablespoon of Nescafé to the biscuit crumbs.
- Next, finely chop half a package of liquid cream and 1 water glass of walnut kernels, then mix them thoroughly into the mixture. Finally, melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a small skillet and add it to the mixture.
- Knead all the ingredients thoroughly with your hands. The dough should be soft and hold its shape when rolled into a ball—it shouldn’t fall apart. It shouldn’t be too runny.
- Next, take small pieces of the biscuit truffle mixture and roll them into balls in the palm of your hand.
- Next, coat the rolled biscuit truffles in green pistachio powder, chopped hazelnuts, and shredded coconut, then arrange them on a serving plate.
- Let the prepared biscuit truffles rest in the refrigerator for about half an hour. Then you can serve them.
