Ingredients
- 125 g margarine or butter
- 1 tea glass vegetable oil
- 1 piece egg
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla
- 3 water glass a bit more flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 tea glass granulated sugar

Preparation
- First, let's prepare our syrup because it needs to cool down; we boil the sugar and water in a small pot, and once it boils, we turn off the heat and leave it to cool.
- For our cookie, first we knead the fats and sugar well and add the remaining ingredients, kneading until it reaches a soft consistency that does not stick to the hands.
- We take it into our baking tray, which we have shaped and lined with parchment paper.
- We bake in a preheated oven for 180 until 30 minutes.
- We take our baked cookies out of the oven and wait until they lose their initial heat.
- Immediately after, dip them into our cooled syrup and place them on our serving base; you can decorate the top as you wish and serve.
