Ingredients
  • 5 Baghdad dates
  • 2 packages of Burçak cookies
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa
  • 3–4 tablespoons sugar
  • Walnuts, to taste
Preparation
  1. Peel the Baghdad dates, then cook them in a pot with granulated sugar for a minute or two.
  2. Once cooled, add the other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture and roll it in walnuts or coconut.
