Ingredients
  • 1 liter milk
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons starch
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • 1 packet whipped cream powder
  • 1 packet (200) g labne cheese
  • 1 packet burçak biscuit
  • Large 1 bowl of strawberries
  • 1 tea glass water
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
Preparation
  1. Cook all the ingredients of the milk pudding, except for the labne, vanilla, and whipped cream, until it reaches the consistency of milk pudding.
  2. After cooling, add labneh, whipped cream and vanilla and whisk with a mixer.
  3. Pass the biscuits through a robot, take the ingredients for the strawberry sauce into a small pot and cook until it thickens.
  4. Fill the cups layer by layer with biscuits at the bottom, then milk pudding, biscuits, milk pudding, and strawberry sauce.
