Ingredients
  • 1 piece egg
  • 125 g butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 250 g corn starch
  • 90 g flour
  • 1/2 cup drop chocolate
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla
Preparation
  1. Wait until the butter reaches room temperature.
  2. When the butter reaches room temperature, put it in a bowl, add the eggs on top, and mix.
  3. Add powdered sugar into the mixture and mix.
  4. Add corn starch, flour, baking powder and vanilla and ensure it reaches a thick consistency.
  5. Add drop chocolates to the thickened cookie dough and mix.
  6. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
  7. Take small balls from the cookie dough and roll them.
  8. Arrange the cookies spaced apart on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  9. Put the cookies in the oven and bake 10 minutes.
  10. Let the baked cookies rest and serve.
