Ingredients
- 17–18 dates (200 g)
- 1 glass of pistachios
- 100 grams of white chocolate
- 60 grams of milk or dark chocolate
Preparation
- Soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain and pat them dry so they aren’t soggy. Place the pistachios and dates in a food processor and process until they reach a smooth consistency.
- Once the dates and pistachios have reached the desired consistency, divide the mixture into three equal parts. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the countertop, roll each portion in the sesame seeds, and coat evenly. Make lengthwise slits in each roll and fill them with white chocolate.
- Decorate the top with dark chocolate and refrigerate for 15 minutes to let the chocolate set.
