Ingredients
- For Its Base
- 1 packet ready-made cake or sponge cake cocoa (If you have stale cake, it works, that's what I did)
- 1 liter milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons starch
- 1 coffee cup flour
- 1 packet vanilla
- 1 packet (white) powdered whipped cream
- half kg strawberry
Preparation
- Let's pass our stale cake or ready-made cake through a food processor to make it crumbled and arrange it at the very bottom of the bowls.
- For our cream, let's put all the ingredients except vanilla and whipped cream into the pot and stir until it boils.
- After boiling, turn off the heat, add vanilla and whipped cream, and whisk well.
- Pour the prepared whipped cream into our bowls and after it cools or warms up, sprinkle a little more of our cake, slice our strawberries and arrange them. Our dessert is ready:) Note: I made it for my daughter's birthday, so I used double the ingredients and obtained 16 bowls, you can make the cream exactly as much as the recipe requests:)
