Ingredients
- 1 packet Burçak biscuit
- 10-15 pieces hazelnut
- 1 packet milk chocolate
- 1 packet dark chocolate
- 1,5 tablespoons butter
- half cup milk
- 1 packet labne cheese
Preparation
- Let's pass Burçak biscuits and hazelnuts through a food processor, melt the butter, add it to the biscuits, and mix.
- Let's heat the milk, take it off the stove without boiling it too much, pour it over the chocolates, and mix them.
- Let's add labneh cheese to the milk and chocolate mixture and mix them
- It can be a plain cake mold, let's put parchment paper inside, first let's pour the biscuit and level the base with a spatula, then let's put the chocolate mixture.
- Let's let it cool in the refrigerator until 3 hours.
- If you wish, you can serve it with white chocolate on top.
