A delicious waffle recipe that you can easily make from crepes.
Ingredients
- 1 piece egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tea glass powdered sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 packet vanilla
- Strawberry, banana, kiwi
- Cream chocolate
- Crushed hazelnuts and pistachios
Preparation
- For making crepe waffle; first, prepare the crepe batters. Crack 1 piece eggs into a deep bowl. Then add 1 cup milk and half tea glass powdered sugar. Whisk well with a wire whisk.
- Then add 1 cup flour and half packet vanilla into the mixture. Whisk well again until it reaches a smooth consistency. On the other side, grease the bottom of the crepe pan slightly and heat the pan. Take half a ladle of crepe batter and pour it into the pan. Spread the batter by moving the pan from side to side. Cook on both sides over medium heat.
- After the crepes are cooked, take them out of the pan and let them cool down a bit. Then, slice the bananas and strawberries into medium-sized slices in the amount you want.
- Spread chocolate cream on top of the crepes, and place banana and strawberry slices lengthwise in the middle part. Sprinkle crushed hazelnuts and pistachios over the fruits. Lightly fold the sides of the crepes over the fruits.
- Finally, melt 3-4 tablespoons of cream chocolate using the bain-marie method and put it into a piping bag. Drizzle the melted cream chocolate over the prepared crepe waffle. You can sprinkle drop chocolate, hazelnuts or pistachios and serve.
