Ingredients
- 24 cat’s tongue cookies and milk for soaking
- 2 tea glasses of flour
- 1 liter of milk
- Half a tea glass of cornstarch
- 1 water glass of sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla
- 1 heaping tablespoon of margarine or butter
- Chocolate pudding
- Bananas
- We can use shredded coconut for garnish.
Preparation
- Let’s make our custard. Mix all the ingredients except the vanilla and margarine; once it starts to boil, add the margarine and vanilla, then turn off the heat.
- Meanwhile, soak the ladyfingers in milk in a baking dish, arrange 12 of them in a single layer, and pour the custard over them. Place bananas on top.
- Soak another 12 ladyfingers in milk, arrange them in a layer, pour the custard over them, and place the dish in the refrigerator.
- Separately, prepare one package of pudding according to the instructions on the package and mix well.
- Once it has cooled, pour it over the custard and let it sit in the refrigerator for about two hours.
