Ingredients
- 9 tablespoons semolina
- 10 tablespoons sugar
- 1 liter milk
- 1 package chocolate Petibör cookies
- Whipped cream
Preparation
- First, combine 1 liter of milk, the semolina, and the sugar in the same pot, and stir until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
- Once it’s ready, pour half of it into our baking dish.
- While it’s still hot, arrange the cookies in the middle.
- Then pour the remaining half over the top, spreading it evenly to cover everything, and place it in the refrigerator.
- Once it’s cooled, whip the cream and spread it on top. Our dessert is now ready to eat!
