Ingredients
- 1 package of chocolate-flavored Petibör cookies
- Nutella chocolate spread (other brands may be used)
- 2 packages of whipped cream (I used plain, but strawberry or chocolate-flavored varieties are also fine)
- 1 liter of milk (5 cups of milk)
- 1.5 cups of sugar
- 1.5 cups of flour
- 1 packet of vanilla
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Preparation
- Grind 1 package of cookies into a fine powder in a food processor and spread it evenly over the bottom of the baking dish (I used a square glass baking dish).
- Place the milk, sugar, and flour in a saucepan and stir until it comes to a boil. Once it starts boiling, turn off the heat, add the vanilla and butter, and whisk until the butter melts. Set aside to cool.
- Add whipped cream to the cooled custard and beat for 7–8 minutes.
- Pour the custard over the biscuit crust in the baking dish, smooth it out, and refrigerate to set (you can make this in the evening and let it set overnight).
- Cut into squares as shown above (swipe the photo). Spread whipped cream (made with 1 glass of milk) on both sides, spread 1 tablespoon of chocolate in between, shape into triangles, and refrigerate. Let it rest for 1–2 hours, then enjoy—the taste is guaranteed!
