How to Make a 10-Minute Snack Recipe (with Video)? This recipe, which is in thousands of people’s cookbooks, and...
Ingredients
- 1 package of ladyfinger cookies (26 pieces)
- 1.5 teaspoons of instant coffee
- A little more than half a glass of hot water (120 ml)
- 120 grams of milk chocolate
- 1 heaping tablespoon of labneh (100 grams)
- Coconut
- Ground pistachios
Preparation
- Put the ground coffee in a glass, add hot water, and stir until the coffee dissolves. Pour the coffee mixture over the milk chocolate and stir until the chocolate melts.
- Separately, process the ladyfinger cookies in a food processor and transfer them to a large bowl. Add the prepared chocolate mixture and cream cheese, then mix well.
- Check the consistency and shape it with your hands. If it’s too runny, you can add a little more cookie. Once it reaches a consistency that holds its shape, shape it as desired. I shaped mine into a long bar, but you can make it round if you prefer.
- After shaping, I rolled the outside in shredded coconut and ground pistachios. If you prefer, you can also coat them in chocolate melted using the bain-marie method.
- I recommend letting them rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. The taste is simply amazing—I think this is a recipe you’ll want to make again and again. I’m looking forward to those of you who try it. For detailed video tutorials on this and my other recipes, I invite you to visit my YouTube channel.
