A delicious dessert recipe with a rich flavor that you're sure to love.
Ingredients
3 eggs
125 g butter
150 g dark chocolate
125 g granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1.5 tablespoons flour
a pinch of salt
1 tea glass of pistachios
Preparation
First, melt 125 grams of butter and 150 grams of chopped dark chocolate in a bowl using the double boiler method. Then let it cool slightly.
Double Boiler Method: Add water to a large pot; once it comes to a boil, reduce the heat. Place a smaller saucepan inside it and add the ingredients to be melted to this smaller saucepan, making sure they do not come into contact with the water.
Meanwhile, crack 3 eggs into a deep bowl. Add 125 g of granulated sugar. Whisk lightly with a mixer. Then add the chocolate mixture you melted using the double boiler method. Whisk again.
Next, add 1.5 tablespoons of flour, 1 tablespoon of cocoa, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla to the mixture, and whisk. Finally, add 1 tea glass of pistachios and mix well.
Pour the prepared pistachio brownie batter into a 24x24 cm baking pan or medium-sized rectangular dish lined with parchment paper. If desired, you can sprinkle additional pistachios on top of the mixture. Place it in a preheated 180-degree oven. Bake for about 20–25 minutes (be sure to check on it occasionally).
You can check if the brownie is done using a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out clean when inserted, the brownie is done.
Remove the baked pistachio brownie from the oven. Let it cool. Once completely cooled, place the pistachio brownie, along with the parchment paper, onto the countertop. Then slice and serve.
