(For the pudding, measure the sugar, flour, and cornstarch with heaping tablespoons)
1 package chocolate sauce
Shredded coconut
Preparation
First, let’s start by making the custard. Add all the ingredients except the butter to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Once it starts to thicken, add the butter, stir a couple more times, and turn off the heat.
Immediately, open the ladyfingers, dip the side without sugar into the milk, and arrange them in a baking dish with the sugared side facing down.
Next, spoon the custard over the ladyfingers, then dip another ladyfinger into the milk and place it on top so that the sugared side is facing up.
We also put the chocolate sauce on the stove and bring it to a boil.
Once the chocolate sauce has thickened, turn off the heat.
Drizzle it over the ladyfingers with a spoon. Finally, sprinkle the ground pistachios on top to finish. I made the ground pistachios myself—you can see how on my page.
