Ingredients
- 200 g butter (softened)
- 100 g brown sugar
- 80 g white sugar

Preparation
- We whip the softened butter with the sugars.
- We add flour, baking powder and vanilla on top.
- We peel the apples, chop them into tiny pieces, put them in a bowl, pour the cinnamon and sugar mixture over them, and coat all sides of the apples.
- Then we add the apples into the cake batter and mix them gently with the help of a spatula.
- We pour the cake batter proportionally into a tray lined with parchment paper and smooth the top.
- Before putting it in the oven, we make a mixture of sugar and cinnamon again and sprinkle it over the entire surface.
