Ingredients
- 60 grams of butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1.5 cups of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Preparation
- Mix the butter, eggs, and sugar in a bowl.
- Add the flour and baking powder, then knead until you have a soft dough.
- Break off two walnut-sized pieces of dough.
- Add cocoa to one piece and cinnamon to the other, then knead until the colors are evenly distributed.
- Place the plain dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out thinly with a rolling pin.
- Pinch off small pieces from the cocoa and cinnamon doughs and press them side by side onto the rolled-out dough. Roll over the top with a rolling pin to ensure the added pieces stick together well.
- Shape the cookies as desired and bake them in a preheated 180-degree oven for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
