Ingredients
  • 3 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk, ½ cup vegetable oil, 2 cups flour, 1 packet baking powder, 1 packet vanilla, juice of 1 lemon, grated zest of 1 lemon.
Preparation
  1. Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Add the milk, vegetable oil, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Add the flour, baking powder, and vanilla and mix. Pour into a greased cake pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (175°F). For a more intense lemon flavor, you can drizzle some lemon-flavored powdered sugar sauce on top.
