Magnolia (Banana)? Magnolia (Banana) Recipe and.
Ingredients
- 1 liter milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons starch
- 1 egg
- 1 box cream
- 1 packet vanilla
- 1 packet biscuits (any biscuit you want, I used petibör)
- 3 pieces banana
- Ground hazelnuts and walnuts
- drop chocolate
Preparation
- First, we pour our milk into the pot.
- Then we add sugar, flour, starch and egg, mix it a little with a whisk and put it on the stove.
- We cook it by stirring constantly over medium heat.
- When it becomes thick and bubbly, we remove it from the heat and leave it to cool.
- No need to cool it much, once it warms up, add vanilla and cream and whisk our muhallebi with a mixer or hand blender until well mixed 1 2 minutes the cream must be well mixed.
- Then we pass the biscuits through a food processor.
- If there are leftover biscuits or if you want to prepare them in advance, you can store the biscuits you have passed through the food processor in storage containers and use them whenever you want.
- Taking one or two spoons of the well-cooled muhallebi, we put it into the cups, and on top of it, we add the biscuit powder ground in the blender up to 1 heaped tablespoon.
- We place the julienne cut bananas on the edges of the cups and again put 1- 2 spoon of our milk pudding on top.
- Depending on the depth of the cups or bowls, you can repeat this process 1 more times.
- Finally, if you wish, you can decorate the top with biscuit powder.
- I sprinkled hazelnut and walnut powder that I passed through a food processor on the top layer and finally added drop chocolate.
- Those who wish can also put banana slices on top, but since they will darken, it would be better if they are added at the time of serving.
- 4 -5 hours you can keep it in the refrigerator and then serve it.
