Ingredients

Preparation

- I also bought my fruit sauce from Migros, you can find it in A- 101 lerde. or you can use the small packet sauces of certain brands.
- After the cake is baked, let's set it aside to cool a bit and wait; once it has cooled, let's cut away any overly risen parts if there are any, turn the sponge cake upside down, and heat our milk just enough so it won't burn your little finger; add our sugar to the heated milk and whisk well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Then, let's lightly prick our cake with a fork so that it absorbs the syrup better.
- Let's pour your syrup evenly; after our cake has cooled completely, let's spread the whipped cream on top (Set aside 3 tablespoons of whipped cream) and then spread our sauce over the well-spread whipped cream. On top of the sauce, let's draw thin long lines with whipped cream and give shapes with a toothpick, then let it rest in the refrigerator. Our easy and delicious trileçe is ready :)
