The "Foolproof" Cheesecake? This recipe, which is in the cookbooks of dozens of people, and...
Ingredients
- 1.5 liters of milk
- 1.5 cups of flour
- 1.5 cups of granulated sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla
- 1.5 packages of Eti Square chocolate cookies
- You can top it with ganache, ready-made fruit sauce, or chocolate sauce—it’s up to you
Preparation
- First, our recipe is for a large rectangular baking dish. Place all the ingredients for the custard in a saucepan and stir until it comes to a boil.
- After it comes to a boil, cook for another 2–3 minutes, then remove from the heat; if there are any lumps, blend the mixture.
- Arrange the cookies in the baking dish, gently pour the cooked muhallebi over them, and let it sit until it cools to room temperature.
- Then refrigerate it; if you’re making this dessert for the next day, do not prepare the topping.
- It’s best to prepare the sauce 2–3 hours before serving to ensure the sauce retains its color.
