Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 water glass powdered sugar
- 1 water glass cornstarch
- 1 tea glass vegetable oil
- 125 g butter
- 1 packet vanilla
- 2.5 water glasses flour
- Bonibon for topping
- Chocolate chips
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients except the flour and mix by hand.
- Then gradually add the flour in small amounts while kneading.
- Knead until you have a dough that’s soft like an earlobe and doesn’t stick to your hands.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
- Cut it into shapes using cookie cutters and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Decorate the top with Bonibon chocolate chips and bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for 15–20 minutes.
- Let them cool slightly after removing from the oven, then serve.
