Ingredients
- 1 piece egg
- 125 g butter or margarine
- 1 tea glass vegetable oil
- 1 tea glass powdered sugar
- 1 tea glass starch
- 3 cups flour
- 1 packet vanilla
- 1 tea glass sour cherry jam
Preparation
- Let's take margarine, egg, vegetable oil, powdered sugar, starch and vanilla into a mixing bowl and mix them. Let's add the flour little by little and knead.
- When the dough reaches the right consistency, let's take small pieces in our hands, roll them, and arrange them on the baking tray.
- Let's press the back of a fork onto the cookies to give them a heart shape and pour jam over them.
- Let's arrange them in our baking tray lined with parchment paper. Let's bake in a preheated 180° oven.
