Ingredients
- 2 packages of Burcak cookies
- 75 grams of butter
- Half a teacup of powdered sugar (optional)
- Walnuts
- Half a teacup of warm water
- 1 teaspoon of instant coffee
- 1 package of chocolate
- Coconut
Preparation
- Process the walnuts and cookies in a food processor, then transfer them to a deep bowl.
- Add powdered sugar and the melted butter, then mix well.
- Depending on the consistency, carefully add the coffee mixed with warm water, adjust the consistency, and knead; if the mixture is too runny, you can add more cookies.
- Shape the mixture into balls, let them rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, dip them in chocolate melted over a double boiler until fully coated, and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top them with shredded coconut or nuts, then let them set in the fridge for about an hour. Enjoy!
