Ingredients
- 125 g butter
- 1 teacup vegetable oil
- 1 teacup yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1.5 tea cups granulated sugar
- 1 water cup cornstarch
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla
- Flour as needed
- 3 apples
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Walnuts
Preparation
- Add the other ingredients to the oil at room temperature, mix well, and then add the flour.
- Knead the dough until it reaches the consistency of an earlobe.
- Take an orange-sized piece of dough and roll it out with a rolling pin on a lightly floured work surface.
- Using a knife, cut it in half lengthwise and divide it into equal triangles.
- Place the filling inside, roll them up, and arrange them on a baking sheet. Bake in an oven preheated to 175°.
- Sprinkle the baked cookies with powdered sugar. They’re ready to serve.
