Ingredients
2 pieces egg
1/2 (half) cup powdered sugar
1/2 (half) cup Spinach puree
1 packet sugary vanillin
1 packet baking powder
1/2 (half) tea glass liquid oil
1 cup flour
1 liter milk
1/2 (half) cup starch
1/2 (half) cup cocoa
1 packet liquid cream
80 g dark chocolate
2 tablespoons Margarine
Preparation
Let's start with the cake first to prepare the cups.
Whisk the egg and sugar in a bowl with a mixer for approximately 5-6 minutes.
Let's wash the spinach and puree it using a food processor with 1/2 glass warm water. (I used 1 spinach roots, approximately 10 leaves)
Let's add the spinach puree to the mixture and mix. Let's also add the remaining ingredients and whisk.
Let's pour the cake batter into a greased tray, bake it in a preheated 180 degrees oven, and let it cool.
Let's pass the cooled cake through a food processor to make it into powder.
For Plain Milk Pudding, let's put all ingredients except margarine in a pot and cook by stirring until it thickens and bubbles appear.
Add margarine as well, take it off the heat, and whip 2-3 minutes with a mixer.
For Chocolate Milk Pudding, let's cook all the ingredients by mixing them together until they boil, except for liquid cream and dark chocolate.
Once it boils, take it off the heat, add the liquid cream and dark chocolate, and whisk 2-3 minutes with a mixer.
In cups, let's put plain milk pudding first, then chocolate milk pudding, and finally the cake we have turned into powder, in order.
Let's fill the cups by applying the same order again. After letting it rest in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours, you can decorate the top as you wish and serve.
