Here's a fantastic recipe you can easily make this summer using ingredients you have at home. We chose wild blueberries, and they went really well with it.
Ingredients
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 water glass of granulated sugar
- 1.5 tea glasses of cornstarch
- 1 packet of vanilla
- 1 water glass of blueberries
- 1 packet of oatmeal cookies
Preparation
- Combine the milk, cornstarch, and sugar in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Once the custard is cooked, add the vanilla and stir. Transfer a little less than half of the custard to another saucepan.
- Puree the wild blueberries in a food processor, then add them to the pudding in the other saucepan. Bring to a boil for a minute or two, stirring constantly. We do this so the fruit and pudding blend together.
- Process the cookies in a food processor. Layer the cups with a layer of cookies, then white pudding, followed by another layer of cookies, and top with the wild blueberry pudding.
- Assemble all the cups this way, let them chill in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours, and then serve.
