Ingredients
- 1 liter of milk
- 12 tablespoons of sugar
- 8 tablespoons of semolina
- 1 packet of vanilla
- 12–14 Petibör cookies
Preparation
- Place the milk, sugar, and semolina on the stove and cook until it comes to a boil.
- Add the vanilla to the boiling custard and stir.
- Pour half of the custard into a baking dish whose bottom you’ve moistened.
- Arrange the cookies in a layer, then pour the remaining pudding over the cookies.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut on top and let it cool.
- Serve once it has cooled.
