A delicious recipe for those who love both simple and milk-based desserts.
Ingredients
1 liter of milk
2 Turkish coffee cups of flour
2 Turkish coffee cups of granulated sugar
2 tablespoons of wheat starch
1 packet of vanilla
1 tablespoon of butter
1 water glass of shredded coconut
1 packet of chocolate sauce
Preparation
To make chocolate sauce-topped cup dessert, pour 1 liter of milk and 2 Turkish coffee cups of granulated sugar into a deep saucepan.
Next, add 2 Turkish coffee cups of flour and 2 tablespoons of wheat starch to the saucepan.
Mix thoroughly with a wire whisk.
Then place the pot on the stove and cook, stirring constantly, until it reaches a thick consistency. Once the custard is cooked, add 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 packet of vanilla. Mix with a mixer for about 1 minute until smooth.
Next, rinse the insides of standard straight-sided glasses with cold water. Divide the pudding among the glasses. Then let them cool to room temperature. Next, cover the tops with plastic wrap and let them chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. If the glasses aren’t rinsed with cold water first, it will be difficult to remove the pudding in one piece.
Meanwhile, place 1 package of ready-made chocolate sauce in a saucepan. Pour 2 glasses of milk into the chocolate sauce.
Cook until it reaches a slightly thick consistency. Set the cooked chocolate sauce aside to cool.
Remove the puddings from the refrigerator and gently press around the edges with your fingers to release any air. Turn the glass upside down, shake it gently, and remove the pudding.
Roll the pudding in shredded coconut and cut it in half.
Then place it on a serving plate.
Drizzle the cooled chocolate sauce over the cup desserts.
Let the chocolate-topped cup desserts chill in the refrigerator for a short while longer. Then you’re ready to serve.
