- 2 cups water
- 2,5 tablespoons starch

Preparation
- First, let's start by preparing the base to make the cheesecake; Let's pass the Burçak biscuits through a food processor until they are well into a flour shape.
- Then, let's take it into a separate bowl, add butter and milk, mix it, pour it into the springform cake pan that we have greased the bottom of, and spread it across the bottom of the pan by pressing it firmly with the bottom of a spoon or a glass.
- Then let it wait in the freezer part of the fridge until 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, let's prepare the cream; Take the egg and granulated sugar into a deep bowl, whisk them well with a mixer, and then add the other ingredients required for the cream in order and mix again.
- Then let's take the mold from the freezer, pour our cream into the mold, and tap the mold on the counter a few times so that bubbles do not form.
- Then in our preheated 180 degrees oven, the first 10 minutes let's cook and reduce the temperature to 140, without ever opening the oven door approximately 50-55 minutes let's cook it controlledly. While the cheesecake is baking separately, add water in a separate container inside the oven. It is done when the top turns slightly pink.
- When the cheesecake is baked, let's open the oven door and let it wait in the oven with the door open for a while. Then, take it out of the oven and let it cool down.
- While the cheesecake is cooling, let's prepare our strawberry sauce; let's put the strawberries in a pot and add their water and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, let's thoroughly dissolve our starch with 1 tea glass water and add it into the strawberry.
- Let's stir continuously on the stove until it boils.
- When our sauce starts to boil, let's boil 2 minutes a bit more, take it off the heat, and let it cool down.
- Let's stir the sauce occasionally so it doesn't form a skin
- Then, pour our cooled sauce over the cooled cheesecake, spread it, and let it rest in the fridge for one night before serving.
