Ingredients
- 2 packets burçak biscuit
- 50 g margarine
- 1 liter milk

- 3 spoons sugar

Preparation
- We crumble our biscuits by hand, knead them with the melted margarine, and place them at the bottom of the baking dish by pressing them down.
- We cook the other cream ingredients, except for liquid cream and vanillin.
- Once the initial heat has subsided, we add the liquid cream and vanilla and whisk, then we pour our cooled cream over our base.
- For the strawberry sauce, we blend all our ingredients in a pot and cook them; once cooled, we pour it over our cream.
- We decorate it as we wish and serve it cold.
