Ingredients
- 1 package of puff pastry
- 1 package of vanilla pudding mix
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 1 packet of vanilla extract
- 3 bananas
- Powdered sugar for garnish
Preparation
- Cut the puff pastry into 4 equal pieces to form squares, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or greased, and bake at 180 degrees until the tops are golden brown.
- While the puff pastry is baking, prepare the vanilla pudding by adding cornstarch and vanilla extract, then cook over medium heat.
- Once cooked, let the pudding and puff pastry cool for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, chop two bananas into small pieces.
- Cut the puff pastry sheets in half lengthwise, fill each half with the bananas first, then the pudding, and seal them closed.
- Finally, dust the tops with powdered sugar to garnish and serve.
