Coffee, Orange, and Chocolate Cookies

How about making some delicious cookies that come together in a flash? Let’s head to the kitchen for a recipe for coffee, orange, and chocolate cookies.

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 water glass of granulated sugar
  • 1 water glass of vegetable oil
  • 1 water glass of cornstarch
  • 2.5–3 water glasses of flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • 1 grated orange zest
  • 1 teacup of hazelnuts
  • 1 teacup of chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon of Turkish coffee
Preparation
  1. Beat the sugar and eggs in a mixer until they’re completely frothy and the mixture lightens in color.
  2. Then add the vegetable oil and stir in the cornstarch. Next, mix with a hand whisk, then add the vanilla, baking powder, and flour a little at a time, and begin kneading by hand.
  3. Then, add the Turkish coffee, grated orange zest, hazelnuts, and chocolate chips, and mix again.
  4. Knead until the dough reaches a consistency that isn’t too hard or too soft and doesn’t stick to your hands.
  5. Next, roll pieces of dough about the size of a walnut into balls and place them spaced apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. The reason for spacing them out is that the cookies will spread, so they shouldn’t stick to each other.
  7. Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for 10 minutes, until they puff up and crack.
  8. Remove them from the oven, press down on the puffed cookies using the bottom of a wide glass, return them to the oven for another 5 minutes, then take them out and let them cool.
  9. After baking the second baking sheet in the same way, you can store them in jars or serve them immediately.
