A Quick Coffee-Flavored Glass Dish Dessert? This recipe, which is in the cookbooks of dozens of people, and...

Ingredients
  • 10–12 cat’s tongue cookies
  • 1 tea glass of warm water
  • 1 packet of 3-in-1 coffee
  • 2 water glasses of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1 tea glass of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of instant coffee (Nescafe)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons labne (optional)
  • Half a packet of chocolate sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa
Preparation
  1. These ingredients are enough for a small baking dish. Dissolve the coffee in the water. Dip the ladyfingers on both sides and arrange them in the baking dish.
  2. For the cream, combine the milk, sugar, flour, cornstarch, and coffee in a saucepan and cook while stirring. Once the mixture thickens and begins to boil, reduce the heat, add the vanilla, and cover the pot.
  3. Once the butter has cooled slightly, add the cream cheese and stir. You can also beat it with a mixer if you prefer. Pour the mixture over the cookies and smooth it out with a spatula.
  4. For the chocolate sauce, add milk and the powdered mix to a small saucepan. Cook according to the instructions on the package. (I reduced the amount of milk to make it a bit thicker.) Stir occasionally until it reaches room temperature.
  5. Pour the sauce evenly over the cream and let it chill in the refrigerator. After 2–3 hours, sprinkle cocoa powder on top and serve with tea or coffee.
