Ingredients
- 1 kilo of zucchini
- 1½ glasses of sugar
- 1 small bowl of milk cream
- Hazelnuts
- Tahini
Preparation
- Chop the squash the night before and sprinkle sugar on top. The next day, boil the squash and mash it with a fork; then place 1 tablespoon of the squash in a small bowl lined with plastic wrap and top it with clotted cream.
- Add more squash, press it down, and remove it from the bowl. Garnish with tahini and walnuts before serving.
