Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 glass of sugar
- Half a package of cream (100 ml)
- 4 tablespoons of flour (do not heap)
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 vanilla bean
- 4 packages of Negro
Preparation
- Place the eggs and sugar in a saucepan and whisk with a hand whisk.
- Add the cream and flour, and continue whisking.
- Then add the milk, turn on the heat, and stir until it comes to a boil.
- Once it starts to boil, add the vanilla, let it boil for another 5 minutes, then turn off the heat.
- Process the cookies in a food processor (set aside 5–6 cookies to use for garnish).
- First, fill your bowls halfway with the custard.
- Then, layer the blended cookies on top, followed by another layer of custard.
- Finally, use the cookies you set aside to garnish the tops. And there you have it—our Magnolias are ready. Enjoy!
