A practical, elegant, and delicious recipe that you can prepare in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 packages of plain Pötibör cookies
- 100 g butter
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 glass of granulated sugar, minus one finger’s width
- 1 package of cocoa (25 g)
- 1 package of vanilla
- 1 teacup of chopped walnuts
- Coconut
Preparation
- To make mosaic balls: First, break 2 packages of plain Petibör cookies into pieces that aren’t too large and place them in a deep bowl.
- Next, for the sauce, put 100 grams of butter in a small saucepan and place it on the stove. Melt the butter without letting it burn. Add 1 glass of milk and 1 glass minus one finger’s width of granulated sugar to the melted butter.
- Then add 1 package of cocoa (25 g) and 1 package of vanilla.
- Cook the sauce, stirring constantly. Once it starts to boil, remove it from the heat and let it cool for about 2–3 minutes.
- Next, sprinkle 1 teacup of chopped walnuts over the cookies you crumbled by hand.
- Then pour the prepared chocolate sauce over them.
- Using a spatula, mix gently without mashing the cookies.
- Take small pieces of the cookie mixture, squeeze them lightly in your hand, and roll them into balls. Finally, roll the mosaic balls in shredded coconut and arrange them on a serving plate.
- Let the prepared mosaic balls rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Then they are ready to serve.
