Ingredients
- 25 grams of cocoa
- 1 large glass of milk
- 3 coffee cups of granulated sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla
- 2 packets of plain cookies
- 125 grams of shortening
- 1 glass of hazelnuts
Preparation
- First, we’ll start with the sauce. Put 125 grams of butter in a deep pan and let it melt. Add the milk to the melted butter.
- After stirring it in a bit, add a little less than 1 glass of sugar (three-quarters), the cocoa, and the vanilla, and stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Be careful not to let it boil, and stir constantly throughout this process.
- Once the sugar has dissolved and all the ingredients are well combined, use a bag to crush half a glass of hazelnuts into large pieces and add them to the sauce.
- Stir for about 30 seconds, then turn off the heat and set it aside to cool.
- Meanwhile, break 2 packages of cookies into large pieces and place them in a large bowl.
- Pour the completely cooled sauce over the cookies and mix well. Set it aside and let it sit for about 5–10 minutes. During this time, process the remaining hazelnuts in a blender until they’re ground into a fine powder.
- Form the mixture into walnut-sized balls, decorate them as desired, and let them chill in the fridge for a while.
