Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- a pinch of salt
- 1 water glass of sugar
Preparation
- The egg whites must be at room temperature. Whisk them with a pinch of salt until they turn white.
- While continuing to whisk, slowly add the sugar and keep whisking for about 5–6 minutes; the mixture will have the consistency of whipped cream.
- Fill a piping bag with the mixture and pipe it out in evenly spaced rounds. Bake in a preheated 100-degree oven for 1 hour.
- Let them cool without opening the oven door. Please pay close attention to the puffs.
