Preparation
  1. Put the zucchini and granulated sugar in a pot.
  2. Leave it from evening until morning.
  3. The zucchinis will release their juice. Do not add water.
  4. Put on the stove and cook over low heat until the zucchinis soften and absorb their water.
  5. Take the cooked zucchinis onto a serving plate.
  6. Once the zucchinis have cooled, pour tahini over them and sprinkle with walnuts. Ready to serve.
