Ingredients
  • 1 package of Kemalpaşa
  • 3 cups of water
  • 2.5 cups of sugar
  • Tahini
  • Walnuts
Preparation
  1. Pour 3 cups of water into a pot.
  2. Add the sugar and stir.
  3. Add the Kemalpaşa cookies and place the pot on the stove. If they’re soft when you press down on them, they’re done.
  4. Once they’ve cooled, garnish them with tahini, walnuts, and clotted cream.
