5 minutes a practical and delicious dessert recipe that you can prepare very easily with the ingredients at home, without needing to boil the syrup.
Ingredients
- 3 pieces egg
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons semolina
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla
- 1 cup and 1 fingers less granulated sugar
- 1 packet whipped cream powder
- 1 cup cold milk
Preparation
- In the making of Üç kaşık tatlısı; crack 3 pieces eggs into a deep bowl. Add 3 tablespoons powdered sugar on top.
- Whisk well with a mixer until 2 minutes.
- Then add 3 tablespoons milk, 3 tablespoons liquid oil, 3 tablespoons semolina, 3 tablespoons flour, 1 packet vanilla and 1 packet baking powder.
- Mix all ingredients with a mixer.
- Pour the dough of the three spoons dessert you prepared into a greased small rectangular borcam.
- Place in a preheated 170 degrees oven. Bake until approximately 20 minutes is browned on top. You can check if the dough is cooked by inserting a toothpick.
- On the other hand, for the dessert syrup; in a shallow bowl add 2 cups milk and 1 water glass of 1 fingers less granulated sugar. Mix with the help of a wire whisk until the sugar dissolves.
- After the three-spoon dessert is cooked, take it out of the oven. Wait for 1-2 minutes. Then, make holes on it using a toothpick. Pour the milk syrup you prepared evenly over the dessert. Wait until the dessert absorbs the syrup and cools down.
- Let the three spoons dessert absorb the syrup, and after it has cooled completely, prepare whipped cream and pipe it on top. Then you can serve it.
