Ingredients
- 3 eggs (reserve the yolk of 1 for the topping)
- 1 tea glass of powdered sugar
- 1 tea glass of semolina
- 1 package of margarine (I used Teremyağ)
- 1 package baking powder
- 1 package vanilla
- Flour as needed (The dough should be soft and not stick to your hands)
- 4 water glasses of sugar
- 5 water glasses of water
- 3 drops lemon juice
Preparation
- First, make the syrup and let it cool. Then, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- After mixing, shape them into fingers and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake until the tops are done. Pour the syrup over the dessert so that the dessert is warm and the syrup is cold. ENJOY!
