- 1 egg
- 1/2 (half) cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons coconut
- 1 dessert spoon baking powder
- 1 cup sifted whole wheat flour
Preparation
- Mix egg, brown sugar and coconut oil.
- Add the coconut and baking powder and whisk well.
- Add the flour on top and continue to stir slowly.
- Shape the dough.
- Place on greaseproof paper. Bake in a preheated oven until the bottom and top are browned 180 degrees.
