Crack 2 eggs into a mixing bowl. Add 4 coffee cups of granulated sugar and 2 coffee cups of vegetable oil. Beat with a mixer for about 5 minutes.
Next, add 2 coffee cups of yogurt, 6 coffee cups of flour, and 1 packet of baking powder, then beat well again. Finally, add 1.5 tablespoons of cocoa and beat one last time.
If you’d like, you can divide the cake batter in half to make a few different varieties.
Add the chocolate chips to the prepared cake batter and mix well with a spoon.
Once mixing is complete, divide the batter among the muffin tins or paper muffin cups, filling them a little more than halfway. Sprinkle 2–3 chocolate chips on top of each one. Bake in a preheated 170-degree oven until the muffins rise and crack on top.
When baking the muffins, the oven must be preheated, and the oven door must not be opened at all for the first 15 minutes. You can check if the muffins are done using a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out clean when inserted, they are done.
Once your chocolate chip cocoa muffins are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool to room temperature. Then, remove them from the muffin cups and serve them with tea.
