- 3 tablespoons of yogurt
- 1/2 packet of baking powder

- 4 water glasses flour
- 3 water glasses water
- 2–3 drops lemon juice
- 1 water glass hazelnuts

- Add the granulated sugar, yogurt, baking powder, baking soda, and chopped walnuts, and mix well.
- Add the flour and knead.
- Take small pieces of dough in your palm, roll them into balls, and shape them lengthwise.
- Arrange the dough pieces on a baking sheet and place 2 hazelnuts on each one. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Once the dessert has come out of the oven and cooled slightly, pour the cold syrup over it and let it soak in.
- Once the syrup has been absorbed, enjoy!
