Ingredients
- 1,5 cups flour
- 3 egg
- 8 tablespoons sugar
- 4 soup spoon milk
- 50 g butter at room temperature
- 1 lemon zest
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet sweetened vanillin
- Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoons butter
- 4 pieces medium sized apple
- Cinnamon and brown sugar
Preparation
- We whisk the granulated sugar and eggs until they rise.
- We add milk and lemon zest into it, then add sifted flour and baking powder and mix.
- By pouring the cake mixture into our greased baking tray or baking dish, we place the previously peeled and thinly sliced apple wedges so that they are embedded into the cake.
- At intervals, we also sprinkle a tablespoon of butter in small pieces onto the top surface of the cake.
- Preheated 180° fan 20 -25 minutes in the oven we are cooking.
- Depending on your square cake mold, you can cut this cake into triangles or circles and serve it with ice cream.
