Ingredients
- 3 egg
- 1,5 cups sugar
- half cup water
- half cup vegetable oil
- 1 packet vanilla
- 1 packet baking powder
- Flour
- 2 pieces apple
- Cinnamon
Preparation
- First, whisk the egg and sugar.
- Then add the vegetable oil and water and whisk.
- Finally, add vanilla baking powder and flour, whisk well, then grease the cake mold and pour the cake batter into the mold.
- Arrange the peeled and thinly sliced apples on top and sprinkle cinnamon over them, then bake in a 18 degree oven for approximately 35 min.
